2. The following shall be submitted to the Planning Authority. a. A revised design for the setback upper floor level which provides symmetrical design which includes rationalisation/ revision of external vents and stairs; b. Details of the glazed winter gardens, including plans, sections and elevations and details of the typical operation. The development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings, CGI’s and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
