6. (i) The noise mitigation measures as set out within Section 2.10 of the Noise Impact Analysis Report submitted with the application shall be carried out in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. (ii) Enhanced glazing, which may be triple glazing and/or acoustic glass, shall be provided to the windows of all units hereby approved unless otherwise agreed with the planning authority. Details of same shall be submitted to the planning authority prior to the commencement of development. REASON: In the interests of environmental health and residential amenity.
