3. The applicant/developer shall comply with the following Drainage Division requirements: b) Full details of the connection from proposed soakaway to existing drain shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division of Dublin City Council prior to commencement of construction. d) The Developer shall ensure that an appropriate Flood Risk Assessment, in accordance with the OPW Guidelines and the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment, is carried out for the proposed development prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To ensure the protection of public drainage infrastructure, and the satisfactory management of surface water runoff and flood risk as a result of the development.
