3. The following requirements of the Engineering Department – Drainage Division shall be strictly adhered to: - Full details of the proposed surface water attenuation arrangements shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction. - The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction. Reason: In the interests of orderly development.
