2. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority to show the following amendments. a) The external finishes of the front elevation extension, fronting onto Sandford Road shall be amended to a red brick finish , to harmonise with the existing brick finish of the main house, in respect of material and colour. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity.
