6. Prior to commencement of development, details of the materials, colours and textures of all the external finishes and boundary treatments to the proposed development shall be submitted and agreed in writing. All materials shall be of a high quality. Construction materials and detailing shall adhere to the principles of sustainability and energy efficiency and high maintenance detailing shall be avoided. REASON: In the interests of visual amenity and sustainable development.
