3. The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be adhered to: b) In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written approval of the Planning Authority: (i) Revised drawings to be submitted that co-ordinate with and are consistent with pages 6, 13 and 18 in the AHIA (ii) Revised proposed floor layouts at 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor level, that show no further new openings in the wall between the front and rear rooms at Second Floor Level, and that extant original and later historic wall door openings are used, to avoid unnecessary loss of original wall fabric, particularly as final fit out proposals are not yet known. All revised drawings shall be at a conventional architectural scale (i.e. 1:50). Drawings drawn at a scale of 1:75 will not be supported. (iii) Drawings of all new M&E services routes that deviate from existing services routes (iv) Confirmation of the heating system at the upper floors including drawings of heating fittings (radiators), controls, and services routes to same, if they deviate from existing routes (v) Windows - Confirmation of any proposed repair works to existing windows, noting the CO’s preference that all windows will be repaired to be fully operable/openable and capable of providing natural ventilation if required. If works are proposed to the windows, the Applicant is requested to submit a detailed window schedule including record photographs, and proposed repairs described. (vi) Doors - Detailed door schedule including record photographs, and proposed repairs/upgrading described.
