6. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following amendments: a) Driveway entrance shall be at most 3.0 m in width and shall not have outward opening gates. b) The height of the boundary wall, gate piers and gate shall match the height of the existing railings along Suir Road. c) Footpath and kerb to be dished and new entrance provided to the requirements of the Area Engineer, Roads Maintenance Division. Existing dishing to be removed and footpath provided to the requirements of the Area Engineer, Roads Maintenance Division. d) All costs incurred by Dublin City Council, including any repairs to the public road and services necessary as a result of the development, shall be at the expense of the developer. e) The developer shall be obliged to comply with the requirements set out in the Code of Practice.
