Description
4. Prior to commencement of Development, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following amendments. a) The front bay window to the new extension shall be amended, to show a bay window that is more in keeping with the depth of the existing bay window feature to the front of the house. The depth of the bay window shall not extend forward of the existing window to the front elevation. b) The overhang to the proposed roof to the front elevation shall be omitted. In this regard, the roof over the side extension shall not protect forward of the existing front building line of the house. c) the side boundary wall onto Suir wall shall be finished in a red brick finish, rather than render, to match the brick on the front elevation of the existing house.
