4. The Developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Conservation Officer: (f) During the course of the development, and in advance of this package of works commencing, the applicant shall submit physical samples of the proposed lettering for the written approval of the planning authority: Reason: To ensure that the integrity of this protected structure is maintained and that the proposed repair works are carried out in accordance with best conservation practice with no unauthorised or unnecessary damage or loss of historic building fabric.
