13. The development shall comply with the following Transport Infrastructure Ireland requirements of the Planning Authority: b) Servicing access arrangements including during construction works shall not have an adverse impact on Luas operation and safety. Prior to commencement of development, full plans and details of all servicing access arrangements for the development, including during construction, shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority with written approval by TII.
