5. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage, Planning Policy and Development Control Section: b) Proposed new parking area / driveway shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water so that there is no increase in surface water run-off from the development to the drainage network as per the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
