Description

13. The development shall comply with the following Transport Infrastructure Ireland requirements of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to commencement of development, a Construction Traffic Management Plan shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority with written approval by TII. The Construction Traffic Management Plan shall identify mitigation measures to protect operational Luas infrastructure.
