(2.) Drainage: 6. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The SuDS measures outlined in the ‘Drainage and Watermain Design Report’, including Green Roof, permeable paving and swale shall be implemented in full. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be submitted for agreement to Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
