5. The development shall incorporate the following amendment: The design of the security gate shall be amended to be a railed rather than a solid structure, allowing for views into and out of the site. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendment(s) have been submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained.
