4. The Applicant shall inspect the condition of the historic boundary wall and identify any defects or loose pointing and proposed repairs, to be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority in advance of any works to the boundary wall following the submission of detailed elevation drawings marked-up with proposed repairs/repointing. The Applicant shall provide samples of raking out, repointing and mortar specification, all to be agreed with the Planning Authority.
