7. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section (DPPDC): d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of all surface water management plans, including the proposed blue/green roof shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
