3. Prior to commencement of development revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the following amendments shall be submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained: a) The first floor rear extension shall not project more than 4m from the main rear building line. In revising the internal layout, all bedrooms shall have a minimum floor area of 7.1m2. b) The vehicular entrance shall be provided by widening the existing pedestrian entrance and relocating the eastern gate pier. The widened entrance shall have a total width of not more than 3m and the existing boundary wall shall be retained over the remaining area of the site frontage.
