7. The applicant shall comply with the following Drainage requirements: d) Prior to the commencement of development, two revised copies of a detailed site plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written approval. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction.
