9. Construction Phase (Air, Noise, Vibration): The developer shall adhere to Dublin City Council’s Construction and Demolition Good Practice Guide for Construction Sites for mitigation measures regarding air, noise and vibration pollution throughout the duration of the works. The company / contractor must make reference to this document in their construction management plan. Once the Construction Management Plan has been completed, it must be submitted to the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit for review and approval before the works commence. Real time noise, air and vibration monitoring must be in place during the entire construction phase. Real time data shall be available to this Unit upon request
