4. The development shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements: a. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings to the Planning Authority for written agreement which shows the location of 4no. bicycle spaces for larger non-standard bicycles. The spaces shall comply with the dimension standards contained with Section 6 of the National Cycle Manual, issued by the National Transport Authority.
