4. The developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Conservation Section: c. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the planning authority: i. A detailed survey of the extant historic fabric in the area subject to this proposal. ii. An Architectural Heritage Impact Assessment of the proposed development on the fabric of the existing building shall also be provided. The applicant shall confirm that the proposed incombustible cement board would not be fixed into the historic fabric to the rear of the building. d. The proposed steel enclosure shall be revised so that the top of it would be in line with the stairs string, covering the open underside of the stairs only, in order to lessen the visual impact of the proposal on the protected structure. Prior to commencement of development revised drawings shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority.
