4. The developer shall comply with the following conservation conditions of the Planning Authority: c. In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the Conservation Officer: i. A detailed survey of the extant historic fabric in the area subject to this proposal. ii. A methodology for the proposed fixings, including architectural details, ensuring that historic brickwork would not be damaged by the proposed development. iii. An Architectural Heritage Impact Assessment of the proposed development on the fabric of the existing building.
