5. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: b) Prior to commencement of the development, revised cycle parking layout plans shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. A minimum of 15 standard cycle parking spaces and one adaptable/cargo bike cycle parking space shall be provided as Sheffield stands unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. Cycle parking shall be: easy to access and use, secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Stands shall allow locking of both frame and wheel. Electric bike charging facilities shall be provided.
