3. Prior to commencement of development the developer shall submit revised drawings showing the following amendments, and shall obtain the written agreement of the planning authority in this regard: a) The bedrooms to the one-bedroomed apartments shall all have a minimum floor area of 11.4m2. In revising the internal layouts, the apartments shall comply with all applicable minimum standards. b) Details of screening to the southern elevation of the fire escape structure, which shall be a minimum of 1.8m in height.
