12. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction. e) Exact details of surface water outfall and overflow arrangements shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of the development.
