Description

5. (a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit revised plans for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, detailing existing and proposed cycle parking within the development. An additional 2no. long term cycle parking spaces and 1no. short term space shall be provided, and shall be installed prior to the occupation of the development. Resident cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit, and visitor cycle parking shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked.
