4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority's Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: a) The development shall In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall confirm in writing the following for the written approval of the Planning Authority: iii) A sample shall be provided for all glass/frame alterations and for a typical window upgrade for CO inspection and agreement. The new glazing shall have a traditional putty finish to the exterior. The Applicant shall be satisfied that any proposed slimlite glass replacements confirm to EU Directives. The use of a slim profiled glazing unit with fritted glass between panes and / or a vacuum seal at each pane shall not be permitted. All windows shall be refurbished and repaired to be operational/openable when the works have been completed.
