9. Mobility Management (a) Cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Electric bike charging facilities shall be provided. Staff cycle parking shall be provided separate to customer cycle parking in a secure and covered location. The final location and layout of cycle parking spaces located in the public footpath shall be agreed in writing with Environment and Transportation Department of the Planning Authority prior to their commencement of development, as part of any public realm upgrades.
