Description

EXPP: We are submitting a Section 5 application in respect of the above premises, to confirm that the proposed alterations / reductions to the roof are within those considered to be exempted development. As they do not extend the roof from that previously granted nor do they materially alter the character of the property. The property is not a protected structure. As demonstrated on the enclosed drawings it is proposed to modify the profile of the existing roof to keep within and less than the extent of that previously granted. The central roof light will be within the profile the neighbouring properties will reduce with a lower pitch. We note that the existing roof no taller than the previous grant and the portions of roof bounding does not entirely match hat previously granted. Accordingly we have demonstrated the permitted roof for reference in addition to the existing roof.
