7. The applicant shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Drainage requirements: i. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Section of the Local Authority prior to commencement of construction.
