2. Prior to the occupation of the new dwelling, the applicant shall comply with the following a) The rear garden of the new dwelling shall be no less than 55 sq.m. in area and the proposed boundary wall separating the rear private garden spaces shall be constructed to a maximum height of 2m and shall run the entire length of the site to the rear boundary to the east. b) The proposed dividing wall separating the garden area to the front shall be a maximum 1m in height. Details of above shall be submitted and agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to the commencement of development on site.
