13. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council a) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be submitted to the Planning Authority and agreed in writing with Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section (DPPDC) Section prior to commencement. Proposals shall include details of SuDS features including rain gardens, roof build ups incorporating attenuation storage, proposed flow control devices, roof outlets and their control rates, to support the submitted calculations/model outputs.
