6. The following requirements of the Transport Division shall be complied with; b) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit for written agreement with the Planning Authority revised plans that detail the following i. The Sheffield cycle parking design shall have a minimum 0.60m from the end of the stand to a wall. ii. A minimum separation distance of 1.0m shall be provided between each stand. iii. A minimum 20no. cycle parking spaces shall be provided. iv. All cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit.
