4. The following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority shall be complied with: iv. A connection from this development (direct or indirect) to the public Surface Water sewer network will only be granted when the applicant has obtained the written permission of the Planning Authority. All expense associated with carrying out the connection work are the responsibility of the applicant. It is not permitted to connect to the public Surface Water network system without written permission from the Planning Authority. Any unauthorised connections shall be removed by the Planning Authority at the applicant’s expense. A licence will be required from the Planning Authority to allow the connection work to be carried out. Permission of the Roads Department of the Planning Authority must also be obtained for any work in the public roadway. v. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The proposed section of Green Roof shall form part of the constructed development. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction. vi. The applicant’s submission includes the proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C753. Full details and Ground Investigation results shall be agreed in writing with Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction.
