3. The following transportation requirements of the Planning Authority shall be complied with: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised drawing for the written agreement of the Planning Authority showing the following: i. A boundary wall no higher than 1.2m shall be constructed adjoining the proposed shared access and existing dwelling no. 23 Kincora Road front garden westwards to separate the shared driveway access from the mentioned dwelling’s front garden. ii. An area close to the new shared entrance which is used to temporarily store domestic waste which is located off the public footpath. iii. The proposed car parking spaces for the new dwellings shall comply with Section 4.3.1 of Appendix 5 of the 2022-2028 Plan Guidelines concerning the basic dimensions to accommodate a car's footprint within a front garden (3 metres by 5 metres).
