7. The Developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority as follows: c) The following details shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority in advance of fabrication of each item noted below: v. The Developer shall submit photographic and record survey drawing of the extant fabric to the south boundary wall, including key heights and differentiation between modern and historic materials. A site visit shall be facilitated with the Conservation Division prior to demolition works commencing.
