6. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, to show the following conservation amendments: a) The removal of the fire breast and fireplace in the ground floor return shall be omitted (therefore retaining these elements), the door into the kitchen shall be located to the south of the fireplace and the window to the north of the fireplace shall be retained in situ in order to minimise the loss of historic fabric. b) The original door from the master ensuite to the first floor landing shall be retained in situ so that the proposed blocking is reversible c) The proposed internal wall insulation shall be omitted as it would result in an unacceptable loss of historic fabric and character
