Description

7. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Environmental Health Officer of Dublin City Council; a) A Construction Management Plan should be included as part of this application prepared by the contractor. This Plan shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing, by the Planning Authority, prior to commencement of development. This plan shall be developed with reference to the Good Practice Guide for Construction and Demolition produced by the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit of Dublin City Council.
