Description
3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit a revised set of drawings, to show the following amendments, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) The house shall have a fully hipped roof above the front and side elevations. The apex roof to the front elevation shall be omitted. b) No more than two bedrooms shall be provided in this house. Bedroom 3 shall be used for storage purposes only. c) The applicant/developer shall provide details for a covered bicycle storage and bin storage area. d) A privacy wall shall be provided to the rear garden of the new house. The applicant/developer shall ensure that not less than 40m2 of private open space is provided to the rear building line. e) A driveway depth of not less than 5 meters shall be maintained. f) Any proposed render finish shall be self-finished in a suitable colour, and shall not require painting.
