Description

13. The following requirements of the Engineering Department (Drainage Division) shall be complied with: e) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The proposals outlined in the Engineering Services Report, dated May 2022, including green roofs, permeable paving and rainwater harvesting, shall be implemented in full. Any changes shall be agreed with Drainage division. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
