EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Proposed works are intended to restore the form and layout of original house. Proposed works are: 1. Removal of non-original partition walls from the front rooms of first and second floor and the reinstatement of original cornices and skirtings. 2. Replacement Of 10no. non-original aluminium and pvc casement windows to rear and return with timber sash windows to match original. 3 Removal of late 20th c. wallpaper. 4. Demolition of 20th c. sheds. 5. Removal and replacement of bathroom fittings. 6.Removal of insulated ceiling boards at second floor level 7. Replacement of electrics, fuseboard, etc. throughout the house. 8. Removal of existing kitchens at ground and second floor and replacement of ground floor kitchen.
