4. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Planning Policy and Development Control Section: c) A connection from this development (direct or indirect) to the public Surface Water sewer network will only be granted when the developer has obtained the written permission of the DPPDC Section. All expense associated with carrying out the connection work are the responsibility of the developer. Developers are not permitted to connect to the public Surface Water network system without written permission from the DPPDC Section. Any unauthorised connections shall be removed by the DPPDC Section at the developer’s expense. A licence will be required from the DPPDC Section to allow the connection work to be carried out. Permission of the Roads Dept must also be obtained for any work in the public roadway. f) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The development shall incorporate a Green Blue roof designed in accordance with the requirements of the Dublin City Council Green & Blue Roof Guidance Document (2021), as proposed in the OCSC Engineering Services Report for this application. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
