4. The development shall comply with the following Transportation Planning Division requirements: (d) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall agree in writing with the Planning Authority, in consultation with the NTA, any measures required to mitigate conflicts during potential concurrent construction phases of the Bus Connects 'Blanchardstown to City Centre' Core Bus Corridor project and the development hereby permitted
