6. The following drainage requirements shall be complied with: v. The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The measures proposed, namely green roof, bio-retention garden, and Eco-Cellular storage must be implemented in full, as per drawing D1993-MAL-00-XX-C-001 and Surface Water Management Plan by Muir Associates Limited. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
