3. Conservation a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: i. A 1:20 drawing of the proposed new windows to the front elevation, including a 1:5 section drawing of the proposed glazing bar profiles. Details of the proposed new triple glazed units shall be submitted indicating that these can be accommodated within an appropriately details glazing bar. ii. A 1:20 indicting the proposed new door to the front elevation.
