16. The following Parks and Landscape requirements of the planning authority shall be complied with: (ii) A landscape specification and drawings stating all hardscape and soft-scape materials shall be prepared by a qualified landscape architect and submitted for written agreement with the planning authority at least 8 weeks prior to commencement of development, ordering and installation of any proposed public landscape elements agreed to be taken in charge. The specification shall schedule all materials, their specification, product code & name, manufacturer/supplier and with details of their proposed construction. All materials shall be fit for purpose, of good design, robust and appropriate for use in external public landscapes. Failure to submit this information for approval or installing un-approved materials will result in rejection for taking in charge.
