16. The following Parks and Landscape requirements of the planning authority shall be complied with: (i) Public Open Space Taken in Charge Plans shall be submitted prior to construction commencement to outline areas proposed to be taken in charge for written agreement with the planning authority by Dublin City Council’s Parks Services.
