6. The requirements of the Transport Planning Division shall be undertaken as follows: a. The development shall be carried out and operated in accordance with the provisions of the St. Dominic’s College, Cabra Mobility Management Plan (MMP) or otherwise amended, submitted to the Planning Authority on the 13th August 2024. ii. Prior to commencement of the new access gateway, Action 44 of the submitted MMP shall be carried out in full. Evidence of this shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement and placed on the planning file.
