5. The applicant shall comply with the following drainage requirements h) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water as per drawing by Kavanagh Ryan & Associates. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council prior to commencement of construction.
